25 Tyler My announcement that our nuptials would take place right after graduation set off a flurry of activity. Suddenly, all four of our parents went from states of perpetual sadness and disappointment to being in full planning mode. It was as if our wedding gave them a purpose to focus on––other than how our young lives were going to be ruined. Graduating and getting married on the same day wasn’t anything Lexi or I would have ever envisioned for ourselves, but we both believed it was for the best.
