Chapter 4

Cesare Everything about Leah Edwards gave me f*****g blue balls. She was gasping now. Ahh, A lot of things I could do to that mouth. “You want me to be your live-in chef for six months? That’s absurd Cesare! I have a life, a business. How am I going to get the winery in check if I’m busy playing chef to you?” “Sounds possible to me Piccolo Mia” I shrugged, indifferent to her plight. “That’s the best I can offer. It’s either that, or get ready for my takeover this weekend.” Initially, I planned to acquire the winery. Yes, maybe the memory of her betrayal spurred me on. But it was more than that. Noah was running the thing into the ground. When her father was alive, the winery thrived excellently. I could clearly remember how all the wine in the grocery store came from Edwards Winery. Of course the success of the winery provided her family with considerable wealth, giving Leah and her brother a sheltered life away from the harsh realities of life. Little wonder they turned out to be such… brats. So when the winery was mentioned at the last executive presentation, I gave my approval. The winery had so much potential, I would be saving the business from premature destruction. Besides, it was good business. A win-win for me. And now a better idea was forming in my head. A bigger win-win for me. “I could make your meals Cesare, but not like this. It wouldn’t work this way. I could come in and cook your meals, we could have a visiting chef type of arrangement. I promise that it wouldn’t affect the quality of your meals. I promise” She sniffled, those doe eyes dragging me into their greenish depths. f*****g siren. “Live-in-chef. That’s the best I could do. Now you can find a way to work with your staff and Noah over the phone and figure something out. You could take trips once or twice a month to physically check things out. Of course, you’ll get paid for your services. Don’t overstretch my offer” I stated with cold finality. Yes. I could do twenty-eight days a month. That was more than enough time to ravish Leah Edwards in every way I could. My c**k jumped excitedly at the ways I’d have her screaming beneath me. Until I got her out of my system. “Okay, Mr Conti. When do I start?” My lips twitched at the dejected tone of her voice. Feisty little kitten. There didn’t seem to be a fight left in her anymore. Good. “I expect you to resume your job by the weekend, Miss Edwards. You have four days until then, I suggest you use it wisely. I would communicate with you over the phone about the time you would be picked up. That’s all.” Her jaw clenched at my tone, telling me it grated. She had better get used to it, because I planned to do this more often, until she snaps. Until she was begging … and squirming. “Thank you Mr Edwards” she murmured in a clipped tone “I’d see myself out. Have a great day.” I nodded in acknowledgment, ogling her butt as she rose and sashayed towards the door. How would it look naked and flush before me while I drilled her mercilessly from behind? Letting my c**k win the argument, I rose swiftly, covering the distance to her in one stride and grabbing her forcefully. She gasped and trembled, her pulse racing under my finger. Holding her by the neck, I whispered, my lips grazing her ear “and next time Miss Edwards, don’t touch me without preparing for the repercussions of your actions. The next time, I’d make sure you pay. Thoroughly.”
