Where am I

I wake up hearing beeping but I cant open my eyes and my head is pounding. I can hear people talking in a distance but all I can do is croak my throat is so dry. I force my eyes open but the brightness is blinding me. I try and adjust myself on the bed and my door opens.

Good morning ma'am a woman's voice said quietly. please ma'am can you shut off the lights? They are so bright and I could use a glass of water please. What happened to me and where am I? I asked in a raspy voice. Ma'am you are in the hospital of the blue moon pack she said. Why am I here? I asked.

One of the pack boarder warriors found you running in the woods and you literally ran right into him and passed out. He brought you here to be treated until the Alpha can speak to you. Oh I said.

 She checked my vitals and said I looked good and my vision would return quickly. She stepped out of the room and said she would be back with something for my head. The door closed quickly and she disappeared. 

I laid there thinking about everything that happened and I how I actually escaped. How did I escape so easily? I asked myself. Because I made you push yourself a voice said. Who is there? I asked. Its me doll face your wolf rose. she said Well hello rose I'm glad you have finally found me. I've always been here but until you turn 18 you cant hear me. she said.

 I always felt so alone but I tried speaking to you hoping you would talk to me sooner but it never happened. I cried. I could hear you but I couldn't answer you but the calming feeling you felt that was always me. she replied. I shook my head understanding her completely. Boom! my door swung open forcefully I jumped about a mile high thinking I've been caught and I was gonna be taken back to my prison.

Tears started running down my face  and I coward into my blanket as 3 men come into my room. Who are you? one of them yelled in a rough voice. But I was to scared to answer I just held my blanket tighter. Who are you rogue and why did you cross onto our land? he yelled again. I felt myself starting to black out from fear and in blink of an eye I passed out.

Good going tanner you caused her so much fear she passed out! Sorry Alpha I just wanted answers he said. Well next time try not to scare them to death and maybe you will get the answers to your questions. he replied. I'm sorry Alpha he bowed his head in submission. You may be excused and we will talk later about your behavior. the Alpha said. Yes sir tanner replied.

I asked the pack doctor Maria if she would go in and see if the girl was awake I didn't want to frighten her again. I had to find out where she came from and why she was in my pack land.

Excuse me miss are you awake? Maria whispered. I shook my head yes but I was afraid that man was gonna try and hurt me or take me away. What is your name honey she asked? I had to converse with my wolf to make sure this woman wasn't gonna hurt me.

 Rose are you their I mentally asked? Yes doll face I am and I think we can trust her she seems very nice rose replied. I sook my head and answered Maria.

I am Kate but that's all I know I said. She said nice to meet you Kate. We are gonna take good care of you here. she said. All I could do was shake my head yes cause I didn't know if I was being lied too. Evidently I was lied to my whole life. I sighed.

The Alpha would like to speak to you would that be ok? she asked. Could you stay with me I'm frightened. She nodded her head and said of course I will with a smile on her face. I'm just gonna walk into the hall of let the Alpha know you are ready ok? Ok I said with a smile.

Alpha she is ready I heard Maria say. Rose I'm scared? Don't be doll face the alpha is nice. I shook my head ok.  As the door opened I let out a much needed breath here we go I said. The first thing I noticed was the most delicious smell of pine and mint it made my mouth water but I just sat real still.

Hello I am Alpha Johnathan you may call me john he said. I bowed my head out of respect as I introduced myself. Hello Alpha I am Kate I said. What a lovely name he replied.

I am very sorry about my Guard he is a jerk and I promise he will be dealt with soon. He said. He turned to the side of him and introduce the other man as Beta Jay. We said our hellos and then the questions began. I just couldn't answer them because I just didn't know. 

So where are you from and who is your pack? he asked. I looked at him and began.. Alpha I don't know where I am from or who my pack is. I said as a tear rolled down my cheek. I retold the story that was told to me this morning and all the events that came after up until now. He was so shocked and you could tell he was emotional.

He vowed to figure out about my past and help me start a future here if that was what I wanted. with a big smile on my face I agreed. I have a question alpha if I may? What is an alpha and Beta? I asked lowering my head. He cleared his throat and began.. An Alpha id one who rules a pack our job is to lead , protect and provide for everyone and In return I have a huge family. he said with a smile. And a Beta is the Alphas second in command he is my b***h he laughed. we all giggled except Beta jay which he rolled his eyes.

Ok Kate Maria said you needed to stay one more night just to make sure you are ok and tomorrow we will move you into my pack house were you will be safe is that ok? he asked.  I smiled big knowing I would be kept safe because I'm not sure who i should be afraid of. That sounds nice thank you alpha. I replied.

He stood up and put his hand on my arm and quickly pulled it away and turned for the door. I felt the strangest electric shocks go through me but before I could ask he was gone. Rose did you feel that? I asked." Mate" rose said. But I didn't know what that was but I will sure find out soon. I was too tired to ask questions tonight so I laid down and rested my eyes.
