John I met with Joe first thing this morning and we signed all paperwork for the transfers of the land. I brought some of my contractors with me so they could survey the land and prepare for the fence. Joe handed me 300$ for his portion of it. If you need more just let me know he said shaking my hand. I appreciate that Joe but really we got it covered. If you need anything just give me a call he said getting into his truck. Will do and the same goes for you. I said waving.
