Ariana’s face paled visibly. The Blackthorn Tower hotel project was one of the company’s biggest ventures that year. They had finished the Tower over three years ago but had been undergoing construction for the hotel which was set to be the country's best. A seven-star hotel, located in one of the tallest buildings in the city. The opening ceremony was expected to host half of the city’s elite, including media, investors, foreign partners, and even politicians.
One mistake could spell disaster, not just for herself but for the entire Blackthorn Enterprise.
Vincent noticed her expression and leaned slightly forward. “What’s wrong, Miss Brooks? Do you have a problem with the assignment?”
