Her closet which was empty the night before was now filled with clothes. Not just any clothes. Designer pieces, all her size, hung neatly, as if someone had known her measurements long before she moved in. “What the hell happened here?” she muttered, amazed but slightly creeped out by the display of wealth. However, time wasn’t on her side. She picked a cream top and jean shorts since it was just breakfast, brushed her hair into a poorly arranged ponytail, and rushed downstairs. The house was eerily quiet, the kind that echoed. She knew he had a large number of maids living in the house yet it did nothing to help the emptiness that filled the house.
