Ariana nodded, her confidence returning.
“What we need to do right now is to find a new decorator and get this hall ready by dawn.”
She nodded quickly, wiping her face again. “Ok. Ok. Yes. I can do that.”
“Good. Pull yourself together then,” Daryl said with a confident smile. “This is not the place to fall apart.”
She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. He was right. What she needed right now was the right attitude to respond to the situation.
“Thank you, Daryl. I really needed this.” She confessed and gave him one final hug before they both returned to their office.
As soon as she arrived at hers, she grabbed the office phone and started making calls. She dialed as many companies as she could find on the internet. Some didn’t pick up and the ones who did had the same complaint.
