[ I: Exordium] Chapter 1

Before a kingdom turned into the ruins on the whole map of the world named Mashiripiti nyika thirteen years ago, everything in that world is in the right order but there are rulers having blades pointed at each other's back. Each kingdom is suspect the other of summoning the savage beast in Mashiripiti nyika. Those demons are the entities that roam the human world when the seals of the underworld loosened up whenever there's an eclipse. The monsters and other entity that means harm to everyone.

The Mashiripiti nyika and the human world are almost alike and you can mistake it as the world for humans. Mashiripiti nyika consists of vast countries that all of the supernaturals live together. The first two largest countries are Land der schalthebel where the shifters located and Lamia terram are the kingdoms where are all of the vampires live together but there's a river that serves as a boundary between the two kingdoms. On the western part of Land der schalthebel, there lies the country of dwarfs, the Pais Enano while on the south is the Monstra in regnum, the island of elves. The kingdom underwater kingdom can be found in the southern part of the continent of mago. Mermaids and other sea creatures can be found there.

Collie nan sithichean and the Montagna di giganti, which is the smallest island where the fairies and giants live. It is located in the northwest of Lamia terram near the huge island of Mago whose divided into 6 kingdoms. Those kingdoms are the kingdom of Aarde (earth), Hûo (fire), Uisce (water), Aéras (air), Chrono (time).

The north sea can be found in the northern part of the two countries. North sea is covered by thick fog, causing all sailors to lost and dragged into the dangers of the violent waves of that sea. Then Země ducha, the land of spirits, and also the passageway on Karajaan Dewa, the place for gods.

The King and Queen of the kingdom of Chrono are named Rigel and Ophelia Gloucester. They're good rulers of their land and a perfect couple that everyone wished for, that is also why many people envied them.

"One more push, my majesty."

"You can do it, Ophelia."

Ophelia is currently giving birth to a baby girl, which brings her to the brink of death. At the queen's last agonizing scream, the royal physician did her best to made the infant cry but the blood-soaked baby didn't cry at all and the worst, it's no longer breathing. The queen herself holds her husband's hand and tells him her last words not only for him and also for their daughter.

"Please, don't bring back the time to save me, my love. I'm begging you." She wished on her husband that doesn't bring back the time so he can retrieve her since her death is coming near and near every second and he can't risk the whole kingdom is in danger too. Rigel's tears ran into his cheeks before giving his queen a hug and farewell kiss.

The physician looked at the king full of despair after wrapping the unborn child and handed it to the king. Even the king can't battle the sorrowful moment inside of the four walls. He hugged the deceased infant and a joyless smile crept on his lips. A tear escaped from his eyes as he stares at the lifeless child's face. Rigel placed down his unborn child beside his wife and tell to the physician to prepare a funeral for his wife and daughter.

A horn breakthrough the silence enveloping the whole kingdom, causing all of the knights also the citizen of that certain city to get alarmed. The horn indicates that there's an intruder that enters the city. He tells to the physician to keep an eye on his wife and daughter before he goes out and ordered the knights what to do, "Guard this room," They saluted and obeyed him without having a second thought.

When he enters the main hall, there are four animal shifters are kneeling while the knights are drawing their swords at them. Rigel asked them what's their intention on entering the kingdom without consent. The shifters told him about the entity who went inside of the walled city. They didn't know what the entity's name is but they described them as a shadow with vogue characteristics.

"How can I trust you about that?"

"You can trust our words, our majesty. Us shifters, from Land der schalthebel, are also after to that shadow."

"If it's that so then, call the rest of the guards and tell them to be prepared, we're going for a search." The knights saluted and bow at him before they gather the rest.

The door burst out open and Rigel entered the room together with the physician's assistants. The wind blows and it gives shiver to those three persons who just entered the room.

"Help her, quick!" Rigel commanded before he rushed to his wife and daughter. He noticed the red light that hits on the floor of the veranda. Due to his curiosity, Rigel walked towards the spot and look directly at the seven moons of their world, and one of them is slowly turning into crimson-colored but then, the rest are slowly turning into the same color.

"The sacred moons." While watching the rest of the moons turning into crimson-colored, Rigel has a goosebump in an instance before glancing at the knight down below at the palace's plaza. They're all sharing the same thoughts at that time while the four shifters turned into dire wolves then howled.

"What happened, Physician Lily? Are you alright?" The two girls helped her to stand up as she wakes up while the king looked at the baby with confusion written all over his face.

"A shadow," Lily said in a low tone while trying to manage to stand straight. She almost collapses because of the impact earlier. The royal physician and the king exchanged looks after the king checked his daughter who started to move. The infant starts to mewl so her father lifted her and smiles.

"My majesty," Lily called his brother who smiles after witnessing that her daughter is miraculously alive. Her two nurses looked at her in confusion. Questioning her by the way they gaze at her that what she's practically saying.

"Leave two of us." She said in full authority, causing the two to exit the room and completely leaving the two of them in profound silence.

"The shadow earlier." Her brother looked at her with a serious expression, waiting for her next words. Lily tried to use her magic but to her surprise, she unable to. She tried once again to show her brother what happened earlier.

"What about that?"

"The shadow knocked me earlier and m-m-maybe it harms your d--"

"Stop spitting nonsense, Lily. Mira is not harmed."

"I can tell it. But my magic. I-I-I can't use my magic. I can prove you, my majesty." Rigel knows that it's not his daughter anymore even it's hard for him to accept it. He acts like Lily is just fooling around.

"Can I have your words, sister?" He said in a stern tone, making his sister stop from panicking.

"If you think it so, then make this confidential." Lily stood at the same spot and give him a questionable look. She left flabbergasted by her brother's words.

The remaining kingdoms heard the news about his daughter but instead to feel delighted to the news, they started to suspect Mira for being the vessel of one of the entities that roam the whole Mashiripiti nyika.

Mira started making odd things that a normal child never did when she reached the age of three. The remaining kingdoms in the continent of Mago find proof that she is the vessel of that certain entity because of the maids who just witnessed how she cold-heartedly take away one of the wild animal's life. So they started planning to eliminate the princess. They attacked the kingdom and tried to kill the princess but her father entrusted the physician who helped the queen to give birth to Mira named Lily and his trustworthy knight named Winston to escape from the remaining kingdoms' wrath and take care of her daughter.

"Please treat her normally, she won't hurt you, I assure you that." Rigel pleaded with his most trustworthy knight and his wife. They take the sleeping child from

The war on the land of Mago leads the kingdom of Chrono into great defeat. The whole kingdom becomes ruins after the war. The four shifters who are after the entity got suspected too but the council of mages but since they haven't got any evidence against the four shifters, they choose silence but they keep on observing the whole kingdom of shifters. The whole mage council gives the order to search them but they're nowhere to be found in every continent and that made the whole council search for them in the human world.
