“That’s the plan for the next rouge attack. Any questions?” Red asked looking around from one person to the other at the massive table.
Alpha Carson started on about the northern border, but I wasn’t listening. I was doing my best to keep from falling asleep. I didn’t know how Luna Helen could sit there and listen attentively to everything the triplets and her mate have been discussing, but I was not amused.
I raised my hand, feeling Royce’s eyes turned to me. “Yes, Sam?”
“Can I go check on the pack? I feel unneeded here.”
The Kings looked like they were unsure.
“I’ll be fine, I’m going to go call your mom and see how everything is going there.” I said with a smile.
