ASTRID’s POV
Immediately after the lady said that, I looked around in total confusion. What did she mean by that?
"You said your sister is in here, right?"
The lady nodded and I sent her to go back inside. I met her sister, who explained to me that the lady was not perfectly stable and that she would say some crazy things at times.
"So, are you saying there is a possibility that all she said was just.."
"Yes. She probably just suddenly thought about it and then decided to say it out loud, do not worry." She tapped on my shoulders and I smiled faintly at her.
Still, I called Jayden out of my office, we got into the car and I told Thomas to take us back home.
