LACHLAN
I make it home by midnight.
I haven't been home this early since I was seventeen and got my first job to break free of my family’s trust-funded rules and regulations.
Usually, Drew and I end our workdays at around 2AM, and any plans we make for the evening get canceled to accommodate our workload.
But tonight, I'd like to get home to Sabrina.
The time away from her the past few hours has been acutely painful—especially as I snuck glimpses at her message notifications.
