I watch Evelyn leave and sigh in dismay. I know that I should be grateful for this chance but really. Having to deal with this many things all at once is making me feel so exhausted.
"Keira." Luna called and I sigh. "It is not easy. I know but this whole pack is waiting on you. They might not know it, yet but their fates rests on your shoulders. Just, do this for the common good? Hey!" He said in her ever reassuring way.
"How did I manage to survive so long without you?" I wonder with shaky breath.

"It is my fault for praising you and now, it has gone right to your head." I sulked at which she burst into laughter.
