RAIDEN’S POV
It’s been a month, and still no sign of her. At this point, I’m starting to think she must have died; I mean, her dad’s dead body was found.
The other three rouges were also found, so one might as well assume she got away injured and died someplace. I look at Stephen, and he has a grim look on his face. I wonder about his part in all this. I mean, she’s my mate and not his, and just cause he’s in love with her doesn’t mean he should spend his days looking for her.
“It’s a dead end again,” the private investigator says, and I nod like it isn’t there .
“But I can still feel her; the bond it’s broken, but not to the point of me not feeling her at all. She’s still alive. “ I say, and yes, sadly, that’s the whole reason for this wild chase.
