"Evelyn..." I couldn't deny the fact that I felt very perplexed and confused at his words, wondering what a young girl had to do in this scenario.
"What are you doing out in the forest alone?" I asked as Evelyn stepped out of the bushes, she was the one he talked about. She made him run back into the forest wondering when he would come back again.
"I watched you when you stepped out and then I followed you" She divulged wearing a smirk on her face, it wasn't funny to me, knowing that she risked her life just to walk out to the forest, what if she was endangered? What if a rouge pack got to her before she got to me?
"It seems you had company" Evelyn stuttered as she stared at the imprints of the hybrid wolf, I had to deny it, making sure my secrets were sealed for now.
