Diane only remembered that she had come to the project presentation with Aiden when she had gotten outside and was about to enter the car with Marco only to recall she hadn’t come here with him.
“I just remembered I came here with Aiden” she said as a few crease lines appeared on her forehead, Marco was delighted to realize that she hadn’t even remembered him and smiled happily.
“I’m sure he will be fine, he’s not a young boy who can’t survive by himself” he said to convince her and Diane nodded subconsciously as she waved Marco away and waited for Aiden.
“I will pick you up in the evening, there’s someone I’ll like to take you” Marco said as he drew her in, placing a quick kiss on her forehead before entering his car and leaving.
