Diane had just dropped Kyle off at her school and was heading to work, she had skipped breakfast today because she had woken up slightly late, she didn’t want to make Kyle late or let him go to school by himself since she wasn’t sure that she would be able to pick him up.
“Stop by that side, I would like to get breakfast” she instructed the driver as they passed by a cafe that she had often frequented while she was in school.
“I’ll go by myself, you wait here” she said making the driver who had already unbuckled his seat belt in a bid to get down and get her breakfast pause.
She got down and walked briskly to the cafe.
