This was my life now.
This was the way that I was going to be treated, like an animal in a place where I once had freedom.
All because I didn't buy into the idea that they were trying to sell to me.
I had to commend myself for actually staying strong through all of it because I should have folded under all this pressure bit I didn't.
All I did was stay in this room all day and look. Sometimes,.I cried, sometimes I ate and other times, I starved myself.
Valen hadn't come to see.me.since that night when he asked me to marry him. I noticed that he was more distant, more cold towards me. It was like id idnt even exist.
Even though this was his room, he didn't sleep here anymore. Sometimes, I was at the window and I would see him moving around the house or leaving the compund.
