Piper quickly averted her glance. She did not want to call attention to what she was seeing on the shoreline. Stalling, she looked down at the older woman sitting next to her and noticed that Rosa had pulled out a ball of yarn and knitting needles. Piper couldn"t believe it. The woman was acting as if nothing unusual was happening. Like it was a casual day on the boat, relaxing with friends.
