Dax's POV:
Max and I, both took off running toward the noise. I felt Bane begin to shift, but somehow, instead of shifting all the way, we only shifted half way. I grew taller, some of Banes' fur covering part of my skin, his claws and teeth elongated. It was almost as if we were both in equal control. This has never happened before. As we got closer to where we knew Angel was, we heard Fate's tiny little giggle. It wasn't even enough to calm us down. "I'm going to beat you Sam! Why would you teach her these things?" Angel yelled. As we burst through the door with Max on our heals, all eyes turned to us. "Woah...ummm Dax? Bane?" Sam looked terrified. "Dax? You....you're in Lycan form??" Max said with wide eyes. My Angel was dripping wet but appeared to be unharmed. "We heard your scream.
