Angel's POV: Dragging my father from the field where my mother disappeared is fun. Not. He's mad and I can't say I blame him entirely. I trust her though. I know she would have taken him if she knew she could keep him safe. My dad, however, does not see it that way. He's afraid for his mate and I can understand that too. When Dax and I realized we were surrounded and out numbered, my nerves went into overdrive. I was terrified that something would happen to him. Bay, though, she stayed calm and used our power with ease. I'm still not sure how she knew how to use them, but I'm glad she did. (I was furious. I let the rage fuel our powers. The energy is vast.) Bay tells me. (I'm just glad you figured it out.)I tell her with relief. (Me too, A. Me too.) "What if she doesn't make it back?
