36 The Wedding

    Gianna POV     I'm at the bridal shop with our grandmothers, my mother, and Brenda.  I have tried on ten dresses and I hate the way I look like a whale in them all.  "That is not true you are beautiful and glowing" my grandmother tells me.  That's what people tell pregnant women to be nice because they can't say your a cow.  "Gianna Lynn Kennedy don't you ever let me hear you say that about yourself again" my mother says.  I'm sorry mom I just wanted to look perfect on my wedding day, maybe we should wait until after I have Abigale.  "Nonsense" Andrew's grandmother says bringing me a dress to try on.  Its a white dress with beading on the bodice, a sweet heart neck line,  and a high waist.  I take the dress to the fitting room and the store clerk helps me try it on.  I turn around and
