Chapter 5: meeting cole

Selene woke up the next morning and got ready for the day. Washed her face, brushed her teeth, did her morning skin care and got dressed. She walking down to the kitchen and got breakfast started. As she got the coffee brewing and took a deep breath she felt strong arm wrapped arounf her waist. “ morning my move~ “ he kissed her neck and smiled as she kissed him. “ can you make the pancakes, I’ll make eggs and get the coffee. “ cy looked at her and smiled. “ sure but I get the plates. “ she smiled at him and gave him a hug. “ sure dear. “ they let go and went about they’re jobs for that morning.

the sun shined through mia’s window. She began to wake up. Sure she felt like a zombie waking from the dead but she was up. She put on a baby pink halter top that tied in the back and flared open in the front. “ now for that cute new skirt I got yesterday. ” she looked through the piles of clothes. Throwing them all over are room till she found it. a blue jean skirt with pockets and a flower design on the hip.

Mia walked down stairs and saw he parents in the kitchen working together as one. Mia walked in and hugged her parents. “ morning “ they hugged her back before she went to sat down and wait for the pancakes to get down. She smiled and enjoyed the lazy start of the day. Her hair was still a mess.

After breakfast got done the other two siblings came down. Both were groggy and sleepy. Everyone gathered the table and ate together. “ mia, I called some people and, I found a cord cutter. “ mie looked at her father and smiled. “ oh thank you daddy! “ her father sighed and looked at her in the eye’s. “ I do have to tell you before you get to excited. I have to let you know that the cord cutter is….. five or so states away…. We might not be able to go and see them.” Mia looked at him Crest Fallen. ‘ b-but I need to go! Please! “ mia did not want to stay with that loser.

Mia began to negotiate with her dad. “ what if I go by myself? I’ll call you everyday. I’ll even face time so you can see I’m ok. Please, dad please I have to go so I’m not stuck with that walking toss pot! Please! “ she batted her eyelashes at him with pleading look. “ I’ll be cheaper “ she looked at him as he started to crumble. He groaned and looked at his wife and his other two kids, then back to mia. “ you promise you’ll call everyday? “ she smiled and got up to hug him as she squeezed an excitement. “ oh thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you daddy! I’ll get ready right now! “ mia ran off to room as fast she she could. He looked at his wife who smiled at him. “ puppy dog eye? Really? “ he nodded and ate his food as noise could be heard from mia’s room.

Mia grabbed a duffle bag, back bag and another back pack. and stuffed everything she’d need into them. Clothes, makeup, skincare, shoes, some treats and her charger. She was happy to go and be free from him. “ I’m going on trip to get my cord cut. “ she sang as she went about packing up. “ oh my camping stuff! “ she soon packed up her car and kissed her parents goodbye and flew down the road.

Cole woke up and made himself a simple breakfast. Took a walk around and dragged pieces of wood together and tied them together. dragged the bodies to the wood pail and burned them all together. Got his stuff, what little their was, His camping stuff And walked down the camping trail. He just needed to get away from here as soon as possible. He walked in to the woods deeper and deeper. It took him some hours of walking when he found a gas station and walked in to get something to eat.

Mia drove down the road like bat from hell. She made good time with getting to another state. She started to drive for some while before she needed to pull off to a gas station near by. She walked in and mat a boy with brown hair in a tan jacket and blue jeans and boots. Her shoes made soft clicks as she walked up to the counter and ask for fuel on pump four. Mia looked as the brown haired boy looked at her. He had rich brown eyes and a beauty mark on his cheek near his right eye. He had full lips and high cheek bones. He just stared at me.

Cole turned to and saw a girl bleached white blonde hair, ice blue eyes, a pink open top, a jean skirt and some odd looking heel thangs. She was pretty. He looked over at the only car other car there. She had some bags in there. Maybe she was going on a trip. He could ash her to come along and get away from here faster. He walked over to her and put on a smile. “ so you going somewhere? “ she looked at him and smiled back. “ yea, I’m going to this thang to get something fixed, ya know? “ oh so boob job maybe. Well if it’s far enough away then so be it. “ mind if I come with? “ she looked to be thinking about it and nodded. “ yea, sure why not “ she paid for the pump and walked out to fill it up. He got some snacks and awkwardly got in the car that was black and white zebra print with pink mixed in.

By the time she got back in the car he felt so awkward as he sat there. “ ok let’s go. I wanna make good time. “ he nodded to her. “ he wasn’t expecting her to nearly kill him as she peeled out of the gas station. Oh f**k… he thought I made a mistake…
