THIRD POV. The whole ride was quiet, Jessica fell asleep in the back seat with Ashter but they have a space between them. Damien was grateful that she finally fell asleep because she needs all the rest that she needs now. Now they are at Ashter's front house. "Hey, listen Damien. We can all blame ourselves for the things that happened tonight but at the end of the day, it's his fault, no one else's. I just want to remind you in case you think about blaming yourself." The dark-skinned girl told him, squeezing his shoulder. She noticed that Damien has been looking at Ashter the whole ride. "Are you sure you'll be okay?" "I'm sure, I just need to get her home so she can rest and she can feel safe." Damien nodded before he got out of the car. "Anyways thanks for driving us" "No problem
