It’s been nice to be in Lunar Falls. I have felt better while away from the palace, and Cora has seemed so relaxed and carefree. She has had a never-ending stream of questions, though. Thankfully, Randall and Millicent have been answering a lot of them.
Cora wants to understand how the pack works. She was shocked when we ended up at the training facility, because she didn’t know that packs had buildings specifically designed for training. Obviously, they aren’t a necessity. Wolves lived for thousands of years before we had specific building and gym equipment, but the additional means for preparation have been a nice addition.
“If the packs just got along, there wouldn’t be a need for training all the time,” Cora points out as I button my shirt.
