"What took you so long?" Jovan asked me with furrowed eyebrows after I got out of my room.
"What are you doing here?" I asked him.
"Do I need to answer? Let's go, I've been here for a while," he answered, then pulled me out of the house.
"I don't need you to escort me to school, Jovan, and I told you that we need to show everyone that we broke up already," I told him after we got inside the car.
"Mollie left you there. That's why I came. Don't assume too much," he explained.
"That's good then," I said, then crossed my arms.
After we arrived at school, we immediately headed to our room.
"Eunice, I'm sorry if we left you at home," Mollie said, smiling after she saw me coming, then winked at Jovan.
"No, it's fine," I told Mollie, then smirked. "They did it on purpose,"
