AUTHOR POV
The sun seeped through the curtains causing Isabelle (Selene) to squint her eyes. She recalled what happened the previous night and she smiled.
A rosy blush appeared on her face and she looked bloomy with her hair scattered . She sat up immediately as she rubbed her sleepy eyes.
She stretched her hands to feel the bed but she was met with an empty bed. Her gave depicted the confusion she felt within her.
"Why is he not on the bed?" This was the first question that came to her mind. Why was the bed empty? This was unlike him, she thought to herself.
She suddenly saw a shadow and a small smile escaped her lips. She had found him.
She got up from the bed, fixed her dress and also her hair before walking up to him.
