Excitement courses through his body when he pulls onto Sunset Drive. Carl has special plans tonight. He's going to a g**g hangout over in Vine City. This one, like the first two, has a personal vendetta behind it. Carl tried to help a young boy escape g**g life. He even relocated him and his family under a different name.
