THE WAR ROOM WAS JAMMED with law enforcement officers. Lieutenant Pippa Cannone and FBI Agent Cory Sterno stood at the front of the room. DPD Detectives Clyde Monroe and Hawthorne Wingo, Pueblo PD Detective William Ally, and DPD officers Roger Dorsett and Mandy Toboggan were among the two dozen in the room. “In case you didn’t notice, there are Voodoo Doughnuts and coffee on the back table,” Lieutenant Cannone announced. A mad rush to the back table ensued.
