Ava's POV A few days had gone since the disturbing headlines and clips disrupted the air. However, everyone worked as though nothing ever happened, which didn't help my unease at all. They all acted like robots, obeying the last command to the core, whereas all I needed was a reaction from them. I went about my usual schedule except that Rosalie has been a little more present than usual. Though she always said it was part of her work, I saw the genuine concern and care each time she came in to do one thing or the other. “Good morning, Ava,” she greeted as she walked into my office. “Fine morning, Rosalie.
