Losing myself.
Raven pov.
The next dead drop was scheduled for tonight. North garden. Third rosebush. Midnight.
Jasper and I took positions in the shadows two hours early. Waiting. Watching.
The garden was beautiful in the moonlight. Peaceful. It was hard to believe something so sinister was happening here.
"Do you ever wonder if this is all worth it?" Jasper asked quietly.
