I read the text three times before confirming this was an issue. Whenever Kevin left, he always returned. Always. If he and Javian had an argument and I texted him, he would often send me a cheesy response. Something like 'I am getting over it by getting on top of someone. I'll be home after' or he would have sent 'I'm trying to cool off. When I do, you'll see me at home'.
However, this time was different. I came into his room earlier to wake him. But, it was empty. The place was the same way I left it: clean. I spent most of my time on having it refurbished back to the way it was before. I never wanted an ounce of evidence of what happened that day. It was childish of me to think cleaning up a room would erase what happened that day.
