When Vanessa said she was going to pick out my suit, it sounded reasonable. I never thought much of it. Until she started the exercise. My entire perspective of the situation was changed. Why? "Stop sulking. You're going to ruin your makeup," Vanessa stated, adding a little lipstick to my lips. "Fashion is a statement you're making to the world. When people see you the first thing they see is your clothes. Most people are judged by what they wear." She placed the lipstick on the table and stepped back to admire her handy work.
