New beginnings

Chapter 1

loosing the ones you love most, its heart breaking My parents died in a car crash My parents traveled a lot they would visit occasionally for Holidays like Christmas, My birthday, their birthday, Family day etc. But when they were not visiting they would often send me souvenirs. After they passed I couldn't bear stay in my home town everywhere I went it would remind me of them and the memories we made here it was hard saying good bye to the place I grew up in I wanted to go anywhere that didn't remind me of them, I needed to move on with my life so I thought it would be best to move or temporarily go. The whole journey I just kept asking a question in my head "Why did you have to leave me?"

When I arrived in Mystery Star quite an odd name before I didn't even know this town existed its very small there are like 3 schools. The first thing on my mind was to get to the school and collect my papers, I enrolled at Wellston University I'm guessing its the most popular among the 3. 

I ordered a Taxi and I gave them the address when we arrived I payed the taxi driver. I entered the parking lot and...O... My... it was the largest school I've ever seen! It looked so grand and a little intimating. I finally gathered up the courage to enter it I wanted to be brave maybe if I can bring out a confident side of me in hopes I'll make through University, The inside was a lot more modern than the outside I thought it would be easy finding the front office clearly ignoring the fact that this school was like a labyrinth after mindlessly wondering the halls I finally gave up and decided to look for help. Then I spotted a girl down the hall I went up to her hoping she can help me. 

"Uh...Erm D-do you know where the f-front office is?" So much for being confident, She turned around and she was beautiful straight brown hair, Tan skin, slim body, and breath taking hazel eyes, I wasn't into girls she just looked really pretty that's all. "Let me guess are you new?"  "Yes I'm uh...new." oh gosh why do I have to be socially awkward. I simply nodded as an answer to her question she squealed and somehow looked even happier than she was before. "Sorry! its just been a while since we've had a new student. Oh I didn't catch your name you are...?"  "I'm Elena."  "I'm Sarah! Where did you need help finding again?"  "Um the front office?"  "Actually I need to pick up some stuff from there so I'm going there anyway."  we started walking down the hallways.

 "So do you have a place to stay yet?" I remembered that I had to get my papers quickly because I got a job as a nanny for a family and they were kind enough to let me stay at their place. "Oh that's right I applied for a job as a nanny and the family is allowing me to stay with them."  " oh? Which family? maybe I know them."  Just then we reached the Front office I collected my papers and Sarah got whatever she needed and we went back out in the hallway. "I think... Its... The black family?" As soon as I said those words she looked at me with her wide eyes then what I saw in her eyes I couldn't make out, she looked like she had fear in her eyes or a concerned look. "Uh...right I forgot... I have something to do. I-I'll see you around?" with that she ran off leaving me very confused.
