The commander rewinded the tape and pressed the button to play it again. I watched how the lycan mate did everything she could to not reveal too much about herself and her relationship with the lycan. Sophie. She hadn’t met me yet and I was eager to see how she would react when we were going to meet, but I wasn’t ready to step in yet. I trusted Nathan and number 17, because so far, they had done exactly what I wanted them too.
Today was our third attempt to question her and it seemed with each passing day, that she would get even more feisty and defiant. I knew number 17 was eager to punish her, but I still believed that we could make her talk without harming her too much. She wouldn’t die of a little starvation.
