The sound of a soft thudding gently woke me up and I fluttered my eyes open, only to see a jaw covered in dark stubbles just above my head. I couldn’t resist the urge to snuggle further into his warm chest and I heard him release a sweet, satisfied grunt as his arms tightened around me. Everything that had happened felt like a bad dream, because when I was in his embrace it felt like I was in heaven.
“Already awake?” He mumbled and I partially heard his question through his chest.
“I am, but I’m not ready to get up yet.” I replied with a smile on my lips as I tried to snuggle even closer to him.
