Akira Ishikawa's POV I watched the retreating form of that sneaky devil as he went out of my room. My brain started to plot my revenge to his dirty tactics in his campaign of seducing me. I would not give him the satisfaction of manhandling me whenever he wants. Before he could reach the door he threw a death glare to his younger sister before walking out of my room without backward glance. Once he was out of sight and the wooden door of my room firmly closed Shizuka turns around to face me. She gave me an apologetic smile. "Sorry to barged in without notice." "It's okay." I reassured her with an answering smile. "Glad you visit me." Shizuka moved closer where I stood and glance at the clothes I lent to her awhile scattered on the sofa nearby the bed. "Oh, I see that my brother asked someone to get your clothes in his villa in the city." "Yeah," I looked at my favorite clothes warily. My denim shorts started to get too tight for my waist line. A few more weeks I would not be able to fit in these shorts anymore. "Whoa!" Kaito's younger sister exclaimed. "I like the statement you have on your t-shirt, sis. I wonder what my brother thinks about it when he reads it. I want to see his reaction when he noticed the words written in your t-shirt." I grinned at her. "My twin sister gave it to me few years back. She told me when she saw it she knew that it suits me very well." "You have a twin sister?" I smiled remembering my newly married twin sister. Hard to believed that she married a man like Haru Yanazaki. I always thought that she would marry her childhood love. "Yes, we're identical twin. In fact, many had been saying that we're actually mirror image of one another." Shizuka sighed wistfully, her amber eyes held a bit of sadness in their depth. "It must be great to have a twin sister. You know, you share everything with one another." "Actually," I told her with a rueful smile in my face as I sat on the bed. "We might resemble to one another but that's the only thing we share the same." Her amber eyes widened in my direction. "Truthfully?" I nodded with a twitched of smile in my lips. "We're different as day and night. My twin sister, Aki, was straight as arrow while I'm the twisted-the rebel one." "I want to meet your twin sister." Shizuka announced cheerfully. "She seems like a nice person." "She is," I agreed, staring at her pretty face. "I'm very sure that she would pay me a visit here sooner or later. She always worries about my wellbeing she thought that I can't take good care of myself." "Your twin sister just loves you." "I know." I answered happily, staring deep in her expressive eyes. "She is currently living in Sapporo with her husband." "True love, is it?" My sister-in-law inquired, sitting beside me on the huge bed like we've known each other for years instead of few hours only. I chuckled, as I rub my slightly bump belly. "You could say that. They met in the most unusual way a woman can meet her future husband their love story can rival a movie drama. But one thing is for sure, her husband was a very jealous husband. In fact, my brother-in-law was the one who put bruise on Kaito's face yesterday." Shizuka's hands flew to her mouth. "Oh my goodness! What happened?" I grinned mischievously in her direction, as I look at her animated face. "How far surprised you can take in one day, sister?" "Is it bad?" She fired away her question lightning fast. "What did my brother do to earn a slug from your twin sister's husband?" "Let just say that your brother mistaken me for my twin and kidn*pped her." "kidn*pped her!” Shizuka squeaked her eyes widened in my path. "Oh my god, what madness has possessed my brother? Why did he kidn*pped your twin sister? Now I know that he deserved that bruise in his face." I laughed at her. "You don't know the half of it, Shizzy." Her pretty eyebrows rose upward. "Shizzy?" She smiled dazzlingly in my direction. She has this sweet smile in her face that made me wonder if a lucky guy that could earn one of her sweet smiles. "May I call you 'Shizzy'?" "Yeah, I don't mind." She answered gladly. "I always thought that Shizuka is too formal. Shizzy sounds good to me." She grabbed both of my hands and squeezed them firmly. "Now tell me about the story on how my brother kidn*pped your twin sister?" I grinned at her as I focused in her face. "Here's what happened." Kaito Ishikawa's POV "Let me guess," The voiced of an elderly man sounded behind me. "You were thrown out of your own castle, hijo." I threw a frowning look in his direction as I rode my horse surveying the land my family owned for centuries. "We're did you get that impression? No one threw me away in my own home." Aoi Kitamura, the foreman of my estate grinned mischievously in my direction as he patted my prized stallion. "The castle was buzzed at the news that the Prince has brought home a wife." His knowing eyes silently interrogating me. "Words also spreading that the new Princess is a pretty little thing." I glared darkly down in his direction. "Who spread that news?" My foreman gave a meaningful look. "Settle your temper, Your Excellency. That was only an innocent observation from your employees. You don't have to be jealous about it, son." "I don't want them talking about my wife that way!" The elderly man raised a snow-white eyebrow in my path that made me silently cursed myself from my uncalled outburst. "I must admit that I'm quite surprised when I heard the boys talked about the master finally brought home a wife. I thought for a moment that they only got it wrong." I looked down at Aoi with a disapproving frown in my face. "Just tell them not to gossip about my wife, clear?" The foreman nodded but I could see in his dark eyes that he was enjoying this conversation far too much for his own good. Honestly, I just want to move away from here so I can avoid his silent interrogation but his holding the rein of my horse. "So tell me about this pretty wife of yours, son." I grimaced as I look at the scorching sun above. If he was just another man I would tell him that it's none of his business. But this is Kitamura, he's like a second father to me. He didn't hesitate to asked question to me whenever he wants. "It's a long story, Kitamura." "I have a long time, son." I sighed heavily as I told him the reason why I got a sudden wife. "She's pregnant with my child." Aoi whistled softly as he stared deep in my eyes. "Was it planned?" "Why do you want to know?" The elderly man shrugged, looking at the vast land that stretched before us. The land that our child will inherit someday I need to work twice as much as hard before for my unborn child. I must admit I'm pretty much excited to see the day that I tour my son in this land he will inherit in the future and teach him to ride his pony. "I'm just curious given that you are very vocal about your reluctance to take a wife before." I glanced at the man briefly. "Everyone is entitled to change, Kitamura." "You might be right," My foreman agreed with a nod. "Now everything is change in that castle there is now a new Princess. I wonder what how will your brother's widow will react now that you have a wife." "Why are you curious about her reaction?" I asked in puzzlement. Aoi eyed me with amusement, his eyes held silent laughter in their depth that I think I don't understand. "Let me tell you something, hijo. A man's home is his castle however small or huge that may be and it is ruled by his queen. You got a wife now, son. That makes her your queen. Expect some changes in your household soon." I snorted as I stared back at him without blinking. "That's ridiculous. Akira will not change anything in that house, Kitamura." "You want to wager, boy?" I shook my head in disbelief. "My wife will not go anything like that I know her well. She's not the usual woman who likes to fret herself to domestic things." The elderly man chuckled the laughter was visible in his eyes. "How did you know that, hijo?" Against my better judgment I remember the feisty woman I left to the room she insisted. That woman, I thought with displeasure. She should rather sleep in a huge bed alone instead of sleeping to my bed-she's my wife after all. She should be sleeping in my bed. But she's so stubborn in fighting me in everything. "Daydreaming about your wife, are you?" I heard the older man teased. Okay, I have enough of his inquisition. I need to get away from his clutch. "I don't know what are you talking about, Kitamura.” I told him coldly, hoping that he would stop his investigation about my current relationship with my wife. "But I need to ride in the estate to see if there's a problem. Do you want to ride with me?" The foreman shook his snow-white head with a quite smile on his leathery face. "No, I need to oversee the training of the new colt in the corral." "All right," I nodded in agreement as I set my stallion to move forward. "I'll see you later, man." I was about to escaped him when I heard him gave me a fair warning. "Be sure to expect the changes in your house soon, son!"
