CHAPTER 35 “My lodge is near the corner. It will be daylight when we woke up in the morning,” she said seductively in a warm whisper. In that instant moment, anything can happen. Kelvin was aware of that. The encroaching night had almost enveloped their faces. He still recalls vividly those pleading eyes on him not to turn her down. It had taken her much courage to say that. It was not her first time but this was a different and more direct angle to it. She was letting him into her secret desire. She was sounding like this would be her last opportunity to have him; He knew they were emotionally charged. The innocent-looking overture was inviting and tempting too. She was all a man can desire. Here she was offering him herself for the pleasure of it. She wouldn't give up the chase
