Chapter 40 After that fateful event and as time passed by, an estranged communication gap began to envelop them. They rarely talked to each other. It was not her fault but his. It got to a point that they became estranged from each other as well. The development never gave him any concern. He had actually foreseen it earlier enough and had been prepared for it.
