The sun rose on the sky making it bright, it is as if the sun even wanted to clear the sky for the people. The fire died down leaving behind ruined tents buildings. What were left were the lives of the survivors. Bodies of both the friend and foe where lying on the ground. They were pulled to burn. More burning flesh fumes filled the air. The eyes of the soldiers were red and weary. Aldrich stood straight hand folded in the middle of the field overseeing the situation around him.
Commander Roux approached him, “The messenger has been sent the west camp. We will receive help shortly.”
“What about the messenger sent to the Capital?” Aldrich inquired and saw the empty expression in Roux's face. He shook his head in disappointment. 'There is no news yet.'
