His arms instinctively wrapped around me, holding me up. His voice held a sense of urgency as he tilted my face up and looked over my burning skin. “What the hell is happening to you?”
I had no idea either. My entire skin was burning like someone was boiling water in my veins, making it bubble till scalding hot steam accumulated under my skin. My eyes were watering, making my vision so blurry that I had to repeatedly wipe my eyes.
My knees felt weak.
