The lake was small and beautiful. The sun brushed the water so perfectly. With the water so clear, Aurora could see the fresh water fish and plant life that lurked at the bottom without the sunlight burning her eyes. “This is beautiful,” Aurora said, smiling at Charles. “You’re beautiful,” Charles responded. Aurora couldn’t help but laugh hard. “That’s the corniest line!” Aurora joked. “Corny, maybe. But it's very true.” Charles winked. Aurora could feel the butterflies in her stomach start to dance.
