Kire was grateful when the weekend arrived. It was nice to take a break from having to see Trace and Kaos, especially Trace, who had become obsessed with Stephan. He wouldn’t stop talking about the kid, worried that he was going to be dethroned as the top dog of the school. That morning, Kire woke up to the sound of his parents walking in the front door.
