The Dream Core pulsed again. This time the light was stronger, brighter than before. The entire tower seemed to breathe with it, glowing from the inside like a living star. Isabelle instinctively stepped closer to Daniel. “Is it supposed to do that?” Daniel watched the sphere carefully. “I have no idea.” Elara stood calmly near the core, though even she looked more serious now. “Yes,” she said quietly. “It’s happening sooner than I expected.” Isabelle turned to her. “What exactly is happening?” The Dream Core pulsed once more.
