Chapter 6

When I looked at them, one person was missing. He doesn”t have a future knight, well I didn”t really see his future knight”s face before. That one is always wearing armor, including a helmet. I remembered his name was ���Cleo”, I don”t know the full name because he only shows up often.

I already saw the wizard dude. His name was Graige Sebastian Borne. He memorized every spells and created potions and medicine and everything. He was like the perfect wizard you need as a king. I don”t remember how they got close but I think it was about the top students.

“Grabe first day na first say may top 1 na agad in every course.” Jasper’s comment.

“Yeah, so what? Is there one? ” I will ask

“None at the moment, the Commander was having a hard time choosing who’s gonna be the top in this course.” I shrugged at Jayden”s answer. I mean can no one beat our batch today? The new tops in the school are all underclassmen and there is no upperclassman.

“How about our upperclassmen who are ready to graduate?” I asked again.

“I heard they weren”t that active. Same last year, the batch of our upperclassmen was not very active. Tsk, maybe no one in their batch is handsome. ” I raised my eyebrow.

“How can you say that?”

“Well, tbh there is nothing really beautiful or handsome in the upperclassman batch in all courses. Of course there are also rumors about don so I guess he’s true. ” Wow harsh reality. “As long as someone is handsome or beautiful, everyone is ready.”

We just laughed at what Jasper said.

“T-the prince is staring at us.” Jayden whispered softly. I would have turned around in case he touched my cheek. “N-no don’t look!”

I gave him a questionable look, what why?

“OOOh, he looks mad.” Jasper said while smirking. “Aren”t you the first seat to be the next queen? I mean fianc��e? In the gem empire? ”

“You”re a princess?” Jayden asked confused. I hushed him down

“Nah, don’t treat me one.” I said to Jayden. “Yeah I was supposed to be the first seat candidate, in case I backed out.”

“What? Why? ”

“I wanted to be a knight instead.”

“I mean we know you wanted to be a knight. But shouldn’t there be another reason you backed out? The whole empire knows you”re head over heels with the prince “I was slapped on the forehead, my god this is embarrassing.

“Aah… nothing.” I said while remembering the past.

“Just a sudden change of heart.”

Chapter 6

Chapter 6: What he really is…

“I swear to God those glares that the Prince gave us gives me the chills.” We are now in the open field behind our course building.

We have a tree on the side of the field, there are chairs there so we don’t stay first.

After eating, the two immediately pulled me away from the cafeteria because they were scared of what Al thought. I didn”t look at him since I turned my back, the two of them didn”t want to look at me.

“If his glares can kill, I’m sure we’re already dead.” Dagdadg by Jasper. And daldal ng isang to kesa sa kapatid niya.

Jayden is like the softer version of Jasper.

“I-I heard some rumors from the Gem Empire that a large statue was damaged, of the past few days.” Jayden’s story to us.

“What really? I didn’t hear anything when I was in the palace. ” I said again. Jayden played with his fingers and bowed.

“I-I kind of saw the broken statue in the Gem Empire when we visit before going here in shcool, it… i-it was huge and one of the beautiful statues in front of the Empire.” My head is very scratchy.

Jayden and Jasper are scholars from the Gem Empire, their family works under the empire. So maybe they knew me, but I didn”t see these two when I always visited the king.

“OH yeah I remembered!” Jasper exclaimed while snapping his fingers. “I saw the Prince came home with a bad mood,” said other guards. He came from one of the palaces for a visit. When the Prince returned, he was in a foul mood that he punched the large statue in front of the Empire. ”

I raised my eyebrow.

“Isn’t the King angry?” I asked, He visited one of the palaces, though he didn”t mention which palace he went to. Well he did go to the Ruby Palace, maybe he didn’t just visit me. I mean when he left he looks fine.

“No, he just laughed at the Prince. Then they go inside, they have something to talk about. ” Jasper whistled. I sighed.

He punched a statue. A FREAKING STATUE, HOW STRONG IS THAT GUY?

“Didn”t I mention that the one he punched is a golden statue?” I was almost drenched in my own saliva. Seriously?

“Yeaaahh, that statue was made of gold? But it was crushed into pieces though. ” Jasper laughed it off. “If I were to spar with that guy, I”d be dead!”

Jayden and I both nodded. b***h they said its ‘gold’

“Well you”re not wrong thought. I knew he was strong but I didn’t know he could punch a statue made of gold. ” I commented. “He’d kill a guy when using just one fist in a fight.”

Does that mean he doesn’t need a Knight anymore? I mean he does have one before, but haven”t I heard the name ���Cleo” here in my class? They were in the same year too.

“Hey guys do you know a person named-

“Ahhh.” I turned to Jayden because he suddenly spoke like he”s in pain.

“Anyare twinny?”

“I-I have stomachaches, probably caused by one of the foods I ate in the cafeteria.” He said while holding her stomach. Pains? “I’ll go to the bathroom, I’ll see you both.““H-Ha? Sama akoooo. ” Jayden ignored him and just continued walking. Jasper stood up and followed his brother.

“We’ll be back in June!”

And they left. I just sighed and continue watching students pass by.

“Hey.”

I immediately turned to the speaker. Wait isn”t he that top 1 wizard guy? Graige?

“Sorry to bother you…” He said briefly.

“Do you need anything?” He sighed as he shook his head.

“Yea, paper.” I gave him a confused look, paper? What?

“What?”

“You’re slow as ever.” What? Slow? Me? He’s the one who didn’t speak well because I’m still slow? “The paper, did- wait. You didn”t see it… ”

“See what now?” Earlier I was confused by what he was saying.

He was silent for a while, as if he was thinking something. He sighed and looked at me weirdly.

“Nah, nevermind. You seem to be doing fine by yourself. “He said, thinking again.

He must”ve been really smart because he”s always thinking about what.

“Anyways, I have other reasons why I talked to you…” he added, but his face looks like he’s thinking something different again. “The Teachers want to see you tomorrow.”

“Is that all? What”s it about? ” He just shrugged, that expressionless face. “Also how did you know me? We didn”t meet before. ”

Well duh I already met him in the past. But that was my past life, different now. I don”t think I remember talking to him here. He seems to know me very well too.

“Ah…” was his short answer, he scratched his head and thought again. It took him a few seconds to reply. “The prince sometimes talks about you.”

The who?

“Who-

“I have to go, don”t forget there will be a meeting tomorrow afternoon. See you there. I”ll introduce myself properly next time. ” He disappeared in front of me.

Ok what? Yes sure I sizst he disappeared in front of me. NAGLAHO !? I”ve seen that in my previous life, but those were grand wizards. They said you need excessive training to get that spell, it”s probably teleportation but you need to focus more.

It will cost a lot of mana and it will make you weak. Wizards who managed to do those are like masters.

How did he do that like there was no problem? Not to mention he”s a student. Is he that smart and powerful to be able to do that? |

Jasper already arrived and Jayden was still in the bathroom. I’ve been urinating before.

“Hey Jasper, I’ll go to the bathroom first.” I say goodbye to him.

“Ok. Jayden also came out for a while. Maybe you can see him, come back here at once. ” He told me.

Im really glad that I have guy friends in school than girl friends. And at least men, not plastic in friendship I just don’t know when it comes to love.

I went into the bathroom. It was huge, I have never seen a huge bathroom before. It’s a good thing no one is here, maybe there will be classes since the magical and political course has classes in their afternoon.

Best part here is that since there is no woman in the knighthood course, I can enjoy here-

THUD

“Huh?” I looked at one of the stalls, is there anyone here? “Hello?”

I approached where the loud sound was coming from. The stall door was unlocked so I slowly opened it.

And then I saw Jayden.

“J-jayden ?!” he was sitting in one of the bathroom bowl. Just sitting there in pain.

He was covering his face.

I rolled my eyes, did I get in the wrong way? Am I in the male”s bathroom? The designs were pink and gold. This doesn”t look like a male”s bathroom to me.

I shrugged him and that’s when he woke up.

“J-Jayden?”

“Princess ?!” Confused he said. “I-I”m sorry! I went in the wrong b-bathroom “He”s not some kind of p*****t is he? Or is he gay? I mean he looks soft.

He immediately left and came out, I immediately followed him. He was in pain, was it stomachache? But he wasn”t holding his stomach though. He placed one hand on one of his stomachs.

“Wa-wait jayden!” I chased him and saw blood on his buttocks. BLOOD? IS HE HURT?

Since he was in pain, I immediately chased him and stopped him. I grabbed his arm and looked at his back thoroughly.

“Wait, is there blood on your ass, are you hurt?” I asked him and tightened his grip since he wanted to run away from me again, “Hey let me-

“I’m on m-my period.” She said shyly to me…

Period? The menstruation or period that every woman has every month? Does mean have period like us that I didn”t know about?

...Period?....Blood at the back of his butt…..

“s**t, you”re a female ?!” I asked in shock, she immediately covered my mouth, he… I mean she hushed me.

“Sh-shhh… please don’t shout.” He looked around. She dragged me into a corner near the bathroom, there were trees so we sat down there first.

We were silent for a few minutes. Me? I was dumbfounded. All this time Jayden is a woman? Female a freaking female. Is that why I first thought of him because he was gay?

I looked at Jayden and stared at her, she was still bent over. Like she was thinking if she”s gonna tell me something or not.

Well at first glance I really thought she”s a guy, and Jasper didn”t tell me his twin was a woman. She has all features that Jasper has except that she”s shorter in height and shorter hair too though.I mean who would have thought she was a woman? She has a muscular body but maybe because the men”s uniform. Is she cross-dressing or something?

“Hey-

“I-I’m sorry for lying.” He still bowed and said. “I didn’t mean to lie to the princess.”

Her voice sounds sad. I was still staring at her, if she has long hair… She”d probably look like a girl. Maybe that”s why she kept it shorter.
