Somewhere, the alarm on his phone was chiming. If it had been right next to him, he might have smashed it into oblivion. Waking up on the couch was disorienting, and Luke had a momentary heart attack thinking it was the first day of school. His brain slowly wrapped around the fact that it was Sunday, and he was supposed to be at The Crooked Canoe in twenty minutes. How bad would it be to show up in the exact same clothes as yesterday?
