After the wedding, we were taken to the reception. Raphael booked an entire hotel for the reception and for the guest. I remembered Elise saying that she will make an important announcement today; I’ve always wondered what it is and of course Doctor Young would announce my engagement with Darius as well.
“Hey, if you’re not comfortable with it, I can ask Doctor Young to announce it some other time.” Darius whispered making me look at him. “I’m okay, Darius. It’s better to get this over with.”
