“You’re all set.” Veronica announced. They or more like she, refused to give me a mirror every time I asked for one because according to her, my overall look will be a surprise; not just to me but also for everyone.
“Can I look in the mirror now?” I asked.
“Sure.” I sighed in relief when I finally hear her say, “Finally.”
I stood in front of a full-length mirror and chuckled when I finally saw what my sisters did to me. Steff did a high ponytail on my hair while Veronica did my makeup. Xia chose a red crop top and denim pants paired with a red four-inch stiletto.
“Let’s go birthday girl?” I turn my heels around when I heard Veronica say. “Let’s go.”
