I walked down the path hand in hand with Yamilet to the waterfall. There was a table with two covered plates. In the middle were two lit candles inside a glass jar. There were fairy lights all over giving the are a soft glow. I topped to take everything in, but Yamilet walked ahead before turning around and giving me a shy smile.
“Please sit” she said gesturing to the chair she had pulled out. Usually it should be me doing this but this is something she did for me. I walked towards the chair and took a seat. She uncovered my plate and I saw it was my favorite meal, steak, scallop potatoes with pieces of bacon on top, and French green beans.
