"What the hell is happening?" Macy asked, smiling through her irritation as people gave us strange looks.
After our naked swim, Will invited Macy and I to dinner with his family. Spotting the Hunters and Harmon the moment we arrived, I couldn't help but notice that someone else was in attendance.
"Dinner with his family, my ass," I snapped, peeking out from behind Macy.
I spun her around to face me almost the moment we entered and was now using her to hide, squatting uncomfortably since I was taller than her by half a foot.
"Dammit BB, you're embarrassing me. What the hell is wrong with you?" Macy whisper yelled.
"I just didn't know that he was bringing her too, okay?"
Macy and I both took a quick glance at the table, before resuming our awkward stance.
