Chapter 9

When he pulled up in front of the gym, he leaned over and kissed me. on the lips a light peek, but it sent tickles down my spine. his green eyes had a shine to them.

"Can we have lunch? I know a great spot not too far from here."

"Yeah, ok." I leaned back over for another kiss, and this one had more passion and promises in it.

"You kiss me like that again, and you'll be my lunch."

I laughed and pushed him away. I got out of the car and walked to the gym door. I turned around and waved he waved back and waited till I was inside before driving away.

when I looked at Coach and Lendie, my face turned super red.

Lindie had a smile on her face, "So, how was the fight?"

"I'm sure Coach told yoh all about it." I said as I half ran to the employee area to see if I left any clothes here.

Lindie followed me, "Not losing me that easy. And no, you don't have any clothes that are yours. you can use mine." she stopped and tried not to laugh, "unless you think the Alphas will have a problem with you wearing another woman's clothes?"

I turned to her locker, "I guess we will find out."

she finally lost it and laughed, "ok, dish girl! ... did you get both of them in bed or just one? I bet Carly is pissed. oh, well, she needs knocked down a few pegs. it's good for her ego. and my spirits. God, she's the worst."

"Is that the girl that keeps throwing herself at Uriah?" I asked, fishing out her clothes and starting changing.

"Throwing is a good way to put it. she's been after that Luna spot for years."

I looked at her with horror, "she's going to make my life difficult." I groaned and put my head on the locker.

"What did you do? besides sleep with both the Alphas. Which, by the way, no one that I know of has done."

"I may have growled at her... showed I was more dominant than her... call them both mine... and told her to go pick up scraps somewhere else?" I slowly rolled my head to look at her while I was talking.

Lindie was silent for a moment before the fell to the floor laughing. she had tears running down her face and was having a hard time breathing.

Coach walked in and saw Lendie on the floor and looked at me with a question on his face.

"I think I broke her."

she was still laughing, "Oh My God, thank you!! I needed that." she caught her breath and looked at Coach. "she put Carly in her place last night."

he smirked at that and huffed a little laugh.

"All right, girls enough gossiping time for work."

"Yes, Coach." we both said at the same time, and I finished getting dressed.

through out the morning, I worked with a few clients as a trainer on hand. As well as doing little workouts here and there to stretch out my muscles. Every time Lindie looked at me, she would just start laughing.

Whatever pulled her out of the funk she was in yesterday is great with me.

A little before noon Carly comes storming in, swinging the door as hard as she can.

"You Wh*re!"

the whole gym went quit, and I signed.

why won't she just leave me alone.

because you stole her boyfriend, showed you were more dominant, and I'm sure Lindie has told a few people about last night.

not helping.

maybe if I ignore her, she will go away.

I kept cleaning the area that I was at.

she came up to me and grabbed my shoulder, I grabbed her hand and twisted it behind her back, and pushed her away.

"Don't touch me."

As I pushed her away, I got a slight whiff of uriahs sent. but it was fant, like either she had hugged him or wore old clothes that still had his smell on them.

A little growl escaped.

she laughed, "That's right, even after having you, he still wanted me this morning. now I'm telling you to back off."

I took a deep breath and circled her like the prey she is. My wolf was not happy with what she was claiming as if we couldn't smell the difference.

I could also tell that Coach and Lendie were pulling all our clients out of the gym, telling them this was a personal matter.

Carly just stood there looking smugg with her arms crossed. But she never looked me in the eyes. she couldn't her wolf had already realized that I was more dominant.

Just then, Uriah ran in, and he had a bite mark on his neck. that was still healing, it must have been a deep one if it was still there.

Uriah walked slowly forward, and I growled at him a little too, "baby, it's not what it looks like."

I snapped my head at him, "What it looks like is that she attacked you. tried to mark you. failed, and came here to rub it in my face that she's still wanted by you."

he smiles, "ok, it's exactly what it looks like then."

"he still wants me."

I got in her face, "No, he doesn't. and the fact that you think that I would be foolled into thinking. that you slept with him when the sent is so fant, and only on your clothes is insulting. I smell more like him then you do. not only did I have him and his brother last night. I had him again this morning in his shower. and I know you have never been allowed in his bathroom. it didn't have your scent in it at all. Just like his room was almost completely gone of your scent."

I circled her once again, "Are we going to keep having problems, Carly?"

she seemed to have lost all her strength at this whole encounter, and I think Uriah is standing there not helping her show who's side he's on. she balled her fist to swing at me, but she's not a fighter. I grabbed her fist in my hand, moved my knee, and slammed it in her stomach. She fell over gasping for air.

I pulled her face up to look at me, my wolf in my eyes and we both spoke as one, "You will leave us alone. You will leave Uriah and Josiah alone. you will not visit their work or home. or come to this gym again. If we happen to be in the same building or area, you will duck your head down and not draw attention to yourself. Do I make myself clear."

"Yes, Alpha."

"they are mine."

"Yes, Alpha."

"Now leave."

She kept her head down as she left the building. Coach, Lendie, and Uriah were all looking at me like I grew a second head.
